BT-3F - ruský obrněný transportér

V minulých dnes byla zveřejněna zpráva, že na výstavě techniky konané v září během fóra Armija-2016 bude předveden nový ruský pásový obrněný transportér na bázi bojového vozidla pěchoty řady BMP-3, konkrétně verze BMP-3F. Ruské zdroje však přinesly obrázky prototypu transportéru již nyní.

BT-3F si zachovává umístění motoru vzadu a oproti BMP-3F má výrazně zvětšený přepravní prostor ve střední části vozidla, který pojme 14 nebo i více osob. Na střeše této střední části je nainstalován lehký zbraňový modul DPV-T s kulometem PKTM ráže 7,62 mm, televizní kamerou, termokamerou a laserovým dálkoměrem. Tento modul může být pochopitelně nahrazen jiným mohutnějším typem s kulometem ráže 12,7 mm nebo 14,5 mm, s 30mm automatickým granátometem nebo i s kombinací granátometu a kulometu.
